It has been a very productive year over at Fabrica Oveja Negra for James Brown. James has been busy with work on his Black Works Studio line and the addition of Bishops Blend to the Black Label Trading Company line. James has just announced that he has another limited release called the Santa Muerte. The Santa Muerte will be under the BLTC line and will be released in small batches until its official release on November 1st.
“We have gone out of the box on the Santa Muerte. Most of our Limited Releases have been full bodied Maduros. This one is a medium bodied cigar with an Ecuadorian Habano wrapper. It features six filler tobaccos which create a very unique and rich flavor profile. You experience layer upon layer of coffee, malt, spice and cocoa. I have been working on this blend for a long time and am very excited to share it with the public. As the name suggests there is a Day of the Dead theme and the cigar will be released November 1st to celebrate,” said James Brown, creator of BLTC and partner at Fabrica Oveja Negra.
Here is the rundown of the Santa Muerte. The Santa Muerte will be released in two vitolas the corona gorda (5.5 x 48) and the short robusto (4,75 x 52). The vitolas will be sold in twenty count boxes at MSRP of $8.50 per stick. The Santa Muerte is wrapped in an Ecuadorian Habano wrapper with Nicaraguan, Dominican, and San Andres filler. The binder is Ecuadorian Habano.
